The Dream BuildHer Journal-Manifest Your Dreams and Your Passions.

I love to create tools and resources that I believe will be incredibly helpful to other women.

Introducing the Dream BuildHer Journal. Y'all. I am so giddy.

A little bit of why I am excited about this.

Journaling has always been a part of my life. No matter what I was going through, good or bad or in between, writing was a practice that I gravitated toward starting around age 18.

Every feeling, thought, dream, idea, prayer was written down within the pages of a notebook. I loved browsing through bookstores and TJ Maxx to find the perfect journal to use.

When I was going through a divorce, writing was theraputic for me. It was a way to be extremely honest with myself about what was really going on inside of me. A huge part of healing from heartbreak is being vulnerable and having my own thoughts put out before me. If I was feeling any anger toward my ex husband or at the situation, writing out those emotions helped me process them, and I could see if those emotions were telling the truth. We are emotional. Nothing wrong with that, but processing them in a healthy way allows you to eventually see things with clearer vision.

Words can help untangle everything. They most certainly do for me. I believe it can and does do the same for most of us.

Fun little fact: When I decided that I was interested in dating again after divorce, I wrote a list of the kind of man I wanted. Not just what I didn't like or want, but specifically dreamed and visualized the man of my dreams. I wrote it in my journal in May of 2020. One month later, I matched with a man on Bumble who is now my fiance and we are getting married in September 2024.

And he 100% fits the man I dreamed about within the pages of my journal. You could say I manifested him, quite literally. Ha!

I also wrote out my ideas and thoughts for this exact blog and community within the pages of my journal after experiencing failing a big exam for the second time. God put it on my heart. I wrote it down. Here we are.

Journaling can be life changing.

Some details for you:

-There are 28 pages provided for writing out your morning thoughts, your dreams, as well as taking inventory of your feelings that day.

-It is in PDF format, so once you purchase the digital journal, you can download/print more pages for you to use.

-The Cost is $17 and can instantly be downloaded upon purchase.

Next year, I may create a hard copy version of the journal, but for now, digital download is much easier and accessible for folks. But I have many ideas up my sleeve in order to provide you all with as many tools and resources and support as you build your dreams and live out your purpose.

My goal is to help you create your business that makes an impact in your life as well as the lives of others.

Rooting you on and I cannot wait to hear how this journal has helped and encouraged you in the days to come.

Your Dream BuildHer Bestie,

Tiffany Rhea
